A sun-drenched deck, outdoor shower and large yard offer privacy and tranquility. Walk 10 minutes to historic West Tisbury, Alley's General Store, Farmer's Market, art galleries and County Fair. Bike paths, nature trails, great walks and state forest nearby. All beaches and towns no more than 20 minutes away. Dukes County Airport is 3 miles down the road. Public transportation available. 

Rates are $100/night midweek; $115 on Friday and Saturday.
Off-season Rate (after Columbus Day through Mother's Day) is $90/night.
Includes continental breakfast.
Children are welcome.

Please note: In season, there is a two-night minimum.
Payment in full will hold a reservation.

Cancellation Policy: In-season, three weeks notice is required for full refund. After that, only if the room can be resold.

The Red Hat is a smoke-free zone.
