Three neat and tidy rooms upstairs share a single bath. A sun-drenched deck, outdoor shower and large yard offer privacy and tranquility. Walk 10 minutes to historic West Tisbury, Alley's General Store, Farmer's Market, art galleries and County Fair. Bike paths, nature trails, great walks and state forest nearby. All beaches and towns no more than 20 minutes away. Dukes County Airport is 3 miles down the road. Public transportation available.

In-season Rates are:
June: $100/night;$115 Friday and Saturday
July: $100/night; $115 Friday, Saturday and Sunday
August-mid September: $115/night;$125 Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Late Fall: $1oo/night;

Off-season Rate
After Columbus Day through Mother's Day: $90/night.

Includes continental breakfast.
Children are welcome.

Please NOTE: In season, there is a two-night minimum.
Payment in full will hold a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
In-season, full refund will be given with three weeks notice. After that, only if the room can be resold.
